Hello, blog!

It’s been a while. I’ve been busy chasing dreams and doing things that I truly enjoy. I’ve been traveling to Bantayan Island. There’s a little cafe there that we opened last March. It is full of dreams and hope.  Dreams that someday it will grow and hope that everything we do will propel us to bigger dreams and goals. Little steps and one goal at a time.

My perspective towards photography has totally changed too over the years. It has been twelve years of shooting and meeting people. The past year, I’ve done more family sessions than weddings. Not because I don’t love it anymore, but because I’ve been choosy. The landscape of the wedding industry from where I am has totally changed. The kind of change that has made me sad. It’s not the way it used to be anymore. That or maybe my perspective has changed. Did I change?  All I know is, I love weddings. The authentic and intimate kind.

Enough of that!

Let me bring you back to the island. A little paradise up north with pristine white beaches and sparkling blue water. Where the sunsets majestically and rises with a promise that it is indeed a new day. Drop by if you must! There, happiness awaits!
