Carl didn’t want something posed, sweet and corny.  It’s understandable.  Men are naturally like that.  Yes?  They dislike being photographed.

 “It’s not my style.”

That’s what they always say.  But, you know, on the day of Carl and Jean’s engagement session, he did the opposite.  A total turn around. We teased Carl about how he kept on kissing Jean – on the cheek, on the forehead.  He is the I-love-hugging-you type. Just look at these photos.

Ergo, men can say a lot of things about what isn’t macho, but on their engagement session or on their wedding day, being macho is not important anymore, especially when the bride is as beautiful as Jean.

It was a shoot filled with laughter and a spread of gastronomic delight — lechon, tinolang manok, native lechon manok, and, broiled Tilapya.  We ate in between shoots and outfit change.  Heaven!
