Marry Me Session: Ronald & Pamela

It takes a woman to soften a man.  When I first met Ronald over donuts, I had the impression that he was a man of position.  I guessed that his work entailed something very important.  That he must be someone big in the corporate world.  But that all changed when he couldn’t decide for himself about the details of their session.  He had to consult with Pamela ever so often. During their engagement session, he was softer especially when Pamela was in the frame.

I insisted that we start shooting in the afternoon.  Pamela couldn’t understand why I pointed out how important the light is.  When I first started, I didn’t really care. What was important to me was I get the job done without really considering the importance of all the other elements.  As I went along, I became more sensitive to the style that I came to cultivate.  I think that it is very important that I stay true to  own style and to myself.
