You know that moment when you meet certain people and your gut feel tells you that you are just going to click like Jell-O.

When I first met Faye, our conversations were the kind that didn’t sound and feel uncomfortable, what more when we did their engagement session.  She is, for me, the funniest and the most candid girl I’ve ever met to date.  Plus she can talk like my gay friends do!

Dexter, the supportive husband and the sweetest dad to their little girl, was quiet and funny in his own way.  He looks at her admiringly.  Made me think, men should look at their partners that way!

When Faye sent me a text message last Tuesday about their wedding being moved to an earlier date, I was sad!  I can’t imagine not being there to photograph all the lovely details and freeze moments on Faye and Dexter’s special day.  Why oh why!!  I’m due on the 26th of January.  I’m hoping I’d pop early and be there at their wedding.

People have been asking me when I’d take a leave and concentrate on being pregnant.  You see, when you find joy in what you do, the aches that goes with pregnancy are forgotten.  It is after shoots that I feel most tired!  But give me a day or two; I’m at it again.   When you love what you do, I think you’ll endure!
