When we did this shoot, several pick up lines from the movie My Amnesia girl came to mind. Hilarious! I imagined post its with pick up lines, but instead we wrote endearments like what you see in the photos. I still want those pick up lines. Corny and silly as they are, but LOVE is like that.
The very shy Angel had to drink something to loosen up. Loosen up she did! Dan, Angel’s other half, was very comfortable in front of the camera he didn’t need any help. The first set will always be the hard one. This is where couple’s feel how it is to be photographed. Some could take it away easily, while others needs more time. I’ve said this before, engagement sessions gives the photographer and the couple to bond. It’s different when there is a relationship seen in photographs. No awkwardness!
This shoot was also my first time to work with a lady make up artist – Justine Camacho. It’s refreshing to meet new people especially in the wedding world. She did a really excellent job. Check out Justine’s work here: The Powder Room by Justine Camacho. She also offers affordable bridal make up packages.
