Cafe Racer and inspired pin-up maternity session: Luchelle

Pregnancy is never easy… I remember doing my own maternity session and I didn’t feel beautiful.  The body ballooned and I felt very uncomfortable and not at all glamorous.  They say pregnant women has this glow.  I tried feeling the glow but couldn’t see and feel any.  I tell my clients that we should do the session when they reach the 7th month mark.  To truly understand how it is, I guess one has to go thru the seventh month.  It’s like you are almost there but not just yet.  The discoloration of the skin (neck, pits, and even the face) starts surfacing.  Plus the nose would start to form a shape of its own.  Let’s not talk about the breast!  The size doubles and everything else felt heavy.

But Luchelle had other plans.  She wanted something different and not the usually soft dress and cute little things to announce the gender of the baby.  She picked the clothes herself and even the location.  She worked it from the first frame down to the last.
