The bride’s mom during her speech said, “Armand, pinanga-a among Janice. Kay kung dili sad, aw di sad ka namo panggaon!” Love our daughter as much as we love her. If you won’t, we won’t also love you. Everyone laughed! I laughed, too. Janice’s mother is one funny woman. When I asked her if she’d cry, she said she wont. “My mom’s very funny!”
The priest in his homily said something that struck me big time. As in bull’s eye! Right here — points to heart.
“A husband and wife should always be together. They should do things together and live together — in one place.” Gulp! Ouch! I believe so. If I have a choice, I’d want that for myself. What I do for a living reminds me every time about my views of marriage. It’s funny how we are constantly reminded of things that matter the most. Perhaps that’s why fate brought me here.
I love Bohol. People there are so warm, especially to visitors or tourists. Our couple went out of their way to make us comfortable. From our accommodation to transportation, even our meals weren’t forgotten. We felt very much pampered. The team (Shutterfairy + Calography + Jade Saducas) is very grateful for everything.
